FAQ
What can I expect during my consultation?
Our consultation is a private, one-on-one experience where we discuss your vision, lifestyle, occasion, and design preferences. We will explore silhouettes, fabrics, colours, and craftsmanship while taking the necessary measurements to begin creating a garment that is uniquely yours.
How long does a consultation last?
Most consultations last about 120 minutes, allowing ample time to discuss every detail without feeling rushed.
Is there a consultation fee?
No. Our consultations are complimentary. Final payment will be provided during booking.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All consultations are by appointment only to ensure each client receives our full attention and a personalised couture experience.
When should I book my consultation?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 3–6 months before your event for evening and reception wear, and 6–12 months in advance for bridal couture. This allows sufficient time for design development, fittings, and finishing.
Can I purchase a couture garment directly?
Yes, but only for 'The Little Black Dress Society' and 'Luxury Styling' collections.
For the rest of couture collections, every dresses begins with a personal consultation. Rather than purchasing a design immediately, you'll first meet with us to discuss your vision, preferences, and measurements. This ensures each piece is thoughtfully designed, expertly fitted, and created exclusively for you.
What should I bring to my consultation?
You are welcome to bring inspiration images, fabric references, shoes, accessories, or any ideas that reflect your desired look. These help guide the design process.
How many fittings will I need?
The number of fittings varies depending on the complexity of the garment. Most couture pieces require 2–5 fittings to achieve an exceptional fit.
Can I make changes after the design is confirmed?
Minor adjustments may be possible during the creation process. Significant design changes after production has begun may incur additional costs and could affect the completion timeline.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans may change. Please notify us as early as possible, and we will gladly assist you in arranging a new appointment, subject to availability.
